Manager - Internal Audit
Job Description
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive audit program that is responsive to operational, financial, and control risks in the companies including the use of integrated audit management software.
- Preparing and submitting a company annual audit plan to the HIA, including periodical updates about the status and the necessary changes in the plan.
- In cooperation with company executives to design and implement cost-effective procedures to ensure that internal control is effective and if necessary eliminate the repeated (redundant) and inefficient procedure.
- Determining whether the company's operating units comply with standard operating procedures (SOP) and other operational policies.
- Ensuring that the internal audit function is thought to have added value in helping organizations achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Coordinating the scope and extent of audit by the Public Accountant (KAP) designated by the Company.
- Providing training and guiding high-performing organizations that will be viewed as a special training group for the company's financial leadership in the future.
Reqruirement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is preferred.
- 10 years minimum of experience, including 5 years as a Senior Internal Audit, external audit, or related roles, with a focus on the mining industry.
- Strong understanding of auditing techniques, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks in the gold mining sector.
- Excellent understanding of financial reports, accounting standards, tax laws, capital market regulations, and other laws or regulations related to the business.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
HRIS Analyst
Job Description
- Oversee data entry, validation, and cleanup processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop and implement data governance practices to ensure data consistency and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Create and deliver HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support HR and leadership decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users.
Reqruirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) working with HRIS systems, preferably in a mining industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervisor - Health, Safety, and Environment
Job Description
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure safe and sustainable mining operations. And also collaborate with various departments, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Reqruirement
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years minimum of experience in HSE/ environment operations.
- PPLB3 - POLB3 Certified is more preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team coordination and reporting.
- Deep understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment, and the commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
- Able to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, maintain accurate records of safety and environmental performance, incidents, and compliance, also prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Willing to be placed at Aceh part working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk & Group.
